After 40 years of loyal service and representation the Executive Council of The Shaolin Black Tiger
Kung Fu Federation and all Chapters, Associate Masters, Instructors and Students, under the
directorship of Headmaster Hui Cambrelen, have elected to leave Wai Hong's Fu Jow Pai Kung Fu
Federation.
The Black Tiger Hall of Kung Fu was founded in 1973 in San Turce, Puerto Rico by Hui Cambrelen -
Fu Jow Pai Chief Instructor and Fu Jow Pai Grand Champion - as the first Chapter of Fu Jow Pai
Kung Fu outside of New York City’s Chinatown.
In 1973 He re-established the system's Historical name - Shaolin Black Tiger System.
For his personal Kung Fu Kwoon and students, the name Black Tiger Hall was chosen to symbolize
the return to the Original Shaolin Black Tiger System and the high standards of excellence that is
required from all those who study this Branch of the Shaolin Martial Arts.
Our purpose and mission has always been to remember and honor the past Shaolin Black Tiger
System Ancestors and to keep alive their sacred martial art. Free from those who seek only to glorify
themselves at the expense of others skill, their expertise and hard work and free from
commercialization and Spiritual Hypocrisy.
Our only Loyalty is to Truth and Honor and not to any one Individual. It is our Zen Doctrine to
encourage all our students to excel and always be respectful and humble. No matter how difficult the
path becomes, walk with honor and dignity.
No one teacher can teach you all you need to know, rather it is the fraternity of qualified and
established masters and spiritual guides one meets along the way that will give you access to the
infinite wisdom one needs on their martial art journey. I have always defined my style on the
traditional values, advanced martial art techniques, strategy and philosophy taught to me by Master
Wong Jung and all of the great Zen Martial Arts Masters I have had the honor of learning from.
My chosen system is Shaolin Black Tiger and I have dedicated my entire life to teaching and
mastering this great system of Applied Human Dynamics.
All that One has achieved is painted on the canvas of time, witnessed by God and cannot be taken
away by the false words of Puppets and Paper Tigers.
